Q : What is your minimum order?

A : Our minimum order value is AUD$200, excluding GST and freight charges (includes re-orders).


Q : Can I make changes to my order?

A : Yes, we will make every effort to help you achieve the desired changes to your order, prior to packing and shipment.

      As we aim to effect prompt delivery of your available items,

      please ensure that you contact us as soon as possible on (07) 3040 7688, or email us at sales@aspirecollection.com.au with your request.


Q : Payment method?

A : we accept EFT, Cheque, Visa card, and Master Card.

     To pay by credit card, please contact us through phone or fax. 

     A $30.00 returned cheque fee will be charged on all these checks for any reason


Q : Am I able to cancel my order?

A : Your order cannot be cancelled. Once it has been placed, we assume this decision is final.

     In rare cases where an order must be cancelled, Aspire Collection requires written confirmation and remittance, which must be received prior to the packing of your goods.


Q : Where can I view the whole product range?

A : Our entire product range is available for viewing on our Website. 

    Additionally, we attend  Reed Gift Fairs  and also Gift HQ Fair regularly.


Q : Will I be notified prior to the delivery of my back order?

A : We provide our customers with a back order report every month, which indicates all incoming shipment dates for ordered items.

      As a result, Aspire Collection will not contact you to advise of shipment of your back order, and it will be your responsibility to advise us of back order cancellations in writing.

      Any back order will ship as soon as possible when it is available.

      All back-orders will be kept on file unless otherwise cancelled in writing by customer prior to shipping.


Q : Do you charge freight on backorders?

A : Yes, all deliveries from Aspire Collection will include freight charges, based on the cubic metre of the goods shipped.

      If you only have half the volume of your delivery shipped initially, you will only incur half of the freight charges.


Q : What are your freight costs?

A : Our freight charges are calculated based on the exact volume of your shipment, as shipped directly to the provided location.

     We only charge you exactly as we are quoted by our nominated courier, and do not profit from this transaction.

     Please advise us if you would like to receive a freight quote prior to delivery.


Q : Can you drop-ship (deliver goods directly to my customer)?

A : For drop-ship only order, please organize own freight pick up from our warehouse.

     For drop-ship use Aspire Collection's freight company will be charge a $10.00 handling charge plus freight costs ex GST.


Q : Can I return goods?

Please note that no credits, refunds or exchange are offered on sale items / Clearance item / change of mind

Please contact customer service at ( 07) 3040 7688 within 7 business days of receipt of goods to report any damages or shortages.

Aspire Collection will not be able to process any claims against goods beyond this time frame.

Please save all original boxes and packaging for each damaged piece. When returning, please cushion item to make it secure.

Please note that no credits, refunds or exchange are offered on sale items / Clearance item / change of mind without prior authorization.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

For any Return will be charged for shipping costs and the return is subject to a 25% restocking fee.

All authorized damages/returns will be issued a merchandise credit or replacement.
